Potatoes yo

So yesterdsy at Nøst was easy
We chilled around, leanred some "working techniques" which basically was like
"This is how you use your body the way its supposed to vox you guys are dumb and we had to take 3 of you to the hospital yesterday coz you donno how to use sickles"
But then it was funny, cox three MORE people got hurt, one girl dropped an old plow on herself while learning how to move it properly, another girl got her doot stepped on by one of the horses, and then thomas hurt his SAME KNEE skateboarding st the park (oyesla theres a stright up skatepark like

Almost on campus, its like a two minute walk

Kiinna makes me wanna learn how to skateboard and maybe i will)

But that was yesterday

The one fun thing was we had this challeng to do where we had to get a huge tractor tire, a rope, two wood posts and all members of our team around a loop- the thing was that one of the group members wasnt allowed to touch the ground, so all the sudden the challeneg becomes "how can we turn all this random shit into a method of locomotion"?

Which is why sverre was walkijg on top of the tire

No doubt he saw me walking on a barrel earlier in the day

I think im kinna develiping a name for myself as the guy who can balance on shit

Talkn biut making stilts, walking on barrels and balance beaming across felled trees

And then sitting on the edge of the balcony at night

I like being that guy lol

The main thing from yesterday thiugh was me and ingrid stayed up till 3 in the morning talking

So i emded up sleeping at like 330

And i have her kitchen shift now coz shes still sick, so i had to get up at 6 30

Which i did lol

But turns out, when you only get 3 hours of sleep and theb hafta puck potatoes for a whole day you get really

Fucking

Tired lol

I cant really complain though, it was my own fault

And now me and ingrid are sitting here in the same spots tonight (its only ten though, and im writing this and shes reading a book about three norwegian brothers who become engineers
One runs away to work on railroads in africa, and hasta fend off droughts, lions and canabals
One stays in norway and builds the (still standing) railroad from oslo to bergen
And it turns out the third ones gay and he decides to abandon railroad vyilding and run off with a german lord i guess lol

She says its good

So basically maybe well stay up again, though i think we both got smart from it so maybe not

But as for today

Today was boring ISH, it wasnt horrible

I mean obviously i was tired as fuck
And we picked potatoes all day once we started i just put my headphones on and listened to waaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too much radiohead, like im talking like 6n a half hours of these guys

I have a new appreciation for them now, which is good
And i found the song "decks dark" on their new album and like

Dope fuckn song

But as far as the headphones went, they worked pretty good
I think if it werent for the music ida been in a way worse mood
All my friends are suck as shut anyway, so i could onky talk to like
People i only sorta knew

So i just samg a whole bunch, and then at dinner i found a buncha radiohead fans coz thehy were all like

"He yea so that was radiohead you were singing right"

Amd that was good

O AND ALSO

i found someone wholl listen to the MGS preaching-

He came up to me and was like

N i was like

N then he asked me if i knew anythijg about the konami kojima drama n i was like

N then i amped him up enough for MGS the SERIES that he told me to stop talking about it coz spoilers coz he "realized he needed to play it"

And i was JUST about to showm the legacy trailer for Phantom Pain too

Its got spoilers thoooooo so

I couldnt showm coz itd ruin it

Sorta anyway

Uhhhhh what else

Ill still be ok kitchen duty tomorrow

And the guys im on with are pretty funny, this guy named Robin and this girl.named Helle

I cant speak norwegian obviously so they tell me they have this joke with eachother where when they donno what to do with something they think about just doing the easiest (obviously WRONG) thing, and the joke is that theyed vlame me and be like "nah, he doesnt know norwegian, its okay"

But yea i think thats about all thays goin on

Today was sunny, but its still mostly rains

I guess thats fall in norway for ya

I cant wait for the leaves to turn, the fjords are gonna look BEAUTIFUL
