Mmmyeasterday and today again

Hmmmm so yesterday we worked in class

I know its possoble to start worming on the boat now, but im not comfident in my general woodskill yet so im sticking to all the side projects

Like i was planing out an Oar with this girl Ingrid yesterday

Shes pretty chill

I also ran a bandsaw, which is pretty realaxing despite how dangerous it can be

I also think im finding my long-term crowd, these DnD kids
So thats Gard, Magnus, Tryg, Emilie and Frederic (and screw scandinavian spelling i have no idea what im doing)
I have a couple friends outside of those guys too tho
Bendik, Maja, Lars, n Ingrid mostly
Not as close but thats how it is

But yea most of whats in recent memory is all DnD, we played yesterday and just finished playing again today
And again weird fuckn shit happens on the regular, like yesterday somebody tossed me a chain to bridge a chasm and i used magic to catch it, and it was so effective i actually made the chain longer.

But TODAY was fun (and kinna crazy) coz Gard had ME be the DM

Its hard and weird to get used to but its mad fun

The shit i set up was really basic but whatever
I basically copied Gard's first scenario just for simplicity's sake
And i was getting concerened about not knowing what i was doing so i just said FUCKIT and we started the shit up

It was a shakey start but i eventually got the flow of it and in no time (well actually it was about six hours time) i was throwing and running mutinies and giant squids and collapsing masts and cursed treasure at my players like a boss

Gard told me i was doing good for my first go

So that made me feel alright

I also feel like i made a good call at one point-i accidentally skipped Frederics turn, but we didnt notice for before it was too late so i couldnt back up, so i gave him an extra action on his next turn

This was right at the end of our huge practice round (practice for my sake) and we concluded shortly after but i think it worked out

But yea tons of funny shit happened

Gard took a cannon out of the wall and faced it INBOARD to try to kill some mutinizers, and he GOT them, but it destroyed the mast
So i rolled a directional die for which direction it was gonna collapse toward
And it was falling towards HIM
So i quickly hadm roll for ACROBATICS FOR A DOGE

BUT HE ROLLED A ONE

so i tried to have the squid get in the way BUT THEN I ROLLED A ONE, MISSING THE SQUID

AND THW MAST SQUISHED GARD FLAT

Ir was pretty hilarious, he died

Tho it was a practice round so no permanemt consequences, we agreed beforehand

But thats all DnD shit

Today for class we had like a tour sorta thing of rissa
We did a buncha walking and it was STILL raining all the way from friday
Amd i couldnt understand any of the tour

All i got was the jist

Which was that basically there was convent around here
And a little mini castle
And some shit was around since like the 1200s

And uhhhhh yea

O also there was a landslide in the 80s

And we actually saw a little video of that

It was kinna surreal

But uhhh

Yea im so damn tired
DMing is really exhausting, specially when i hadda keep track of 8 entities at once (gard, magnus, frederic, emelie, melias boyfriend (hes visiting), the npc ship captain, the mutineers, and the loyal crew. O and then later the squid came in so thats 9.)

So imma fuckn go to sleep
